In a medium bowl combine:

2 Tbsp. Deep Rich Colombian Cafe

2 Tbsp. sugar

2 Tbsp. warm water

Whisk or beat with an electric mixer

on medium speed until mixture

becomes light and fluffy.

To serve, spoon a dollop or two

over 6-8 oz. of milk with ice.
